Custom Tele "Blue & Yellow"
The "Blue & Yellow" Fender-style Custom Telecaster represents a significant moment for me, as it celebrates my collaboration with the incredibly talented artist, Andi. At just 13 years old, Andi poured his creativity into crafting doodle art that adorns nearly every inch of the guitar's body and neck.

About this project
From a historical standpoint, this project marks the evolution to model number 3.5, representing a significant milestone as the first to incorporate intricate artistry and paintwork. The concept initially arose alongside the commencement of construction activities. However, as fate would have it, finding the right artist proved elusive for a time. Eventually, Andi stepped in and swiftly brought the vision to life. Despite the absence of pressure or urgency, time has a way of slipping by unnoticed.
Andi was granted full creative freedom, allowing him to explore any direction he desired for the design and paint job. While the primary colours of “blue & yellow” were predetermined, I refrained from imposing any further constraints. The outcome exceeded expectations, with Andi’s doodle art adding a delightful touch to the final product.
From a technical standpoint, this project aligns closely with my previous guitar endeavours showcased on this website. As such, there are minimal additional details to delve into here. Nevertheless, the journey continues, and I am eagerly anticipating my next venture, which may come to fruition later this year. As I’ve mentioned before, upon completing 8-10 guitars, an exhibition will be in the cards.
Colours & Paint Job
The body color is an elegant, vintage pastel pink with a smooth, skin-like matte finish. The structure of the mahogany wood shows its fibers right through the layers of paint. The color job includes a grounding or primer layer (grey), the covering color (pink), and a sealing layer of matte wood finish.
Personalized Body Shape
The modeled body comfortably fits the anatomy of your body and is shaped according to your playing style. Therefore, a sharper angle enables pleasant and frictionless forearm positioning. On the other hand, the body back is carved to fit your upper body.
